Sunny Adventures

Sorry about missing the Monday movie quote!  I can hardly believe today is Tuesday -- I'm in suuuuunny delicious Florida and the time is just flying by!  Today it's rainy...so after a very cold and wet trip to the beach this AM, we decided to huddle up in Starbucks. :)

The week has been gorgeous though!  After a loooooong THIRTY-FIVE hour trip to Florida (we had a socialite and a pregnant woman on the trip...)we got here!  The weather has been gorgeous until today, and still, I love Florida even in the rain.  We will probably end up shopping this afternoon for prego clothes for my older sis...I kinda hope so just so I can go to my favorite restaurant! :)

On the way down of course, we had a myriad of adventures.  At a restop at 4AM, my younger sister who was wearing a totally nerdy neck pillow was hit on in the parking lot of a rest stop by an adorable black guy.  In a conversation referring to the stench of someones particularly unflattering foot smell, my older sister laughed so hard she burst into tears and cried for the next five minutes (at the suggestion stinky foot girl should place gum between her toes to save us from the curdling smell...).

We may also have had another laugh til you cry moment...in Applebees.  Never have I laughed so hard...well...except last time....our waitress...host...whatever...was a very unique...specimen.  I can't even say human it was so weird.  Just so incredibly strange....

So of course, we have been to the beach so many times already, and I believe yesterday we spent close to two hours digging for shark teeth on the shore (and we found a TON).  The Gulf was WARM, and the sky sunny!  Perfect beach day!  We've ran out on a couple shopping trips of course....last night my sis made this amazing soup called...something?  It was great.

Well, I'm sure there will be many more pictures and crazy moments to come!  For now I will say adeui! And go back to listening to the 25th Anniversary Les Mis Soundtrack....so fantastic....
